Life drawing is about observing the human form and drawing the shapes that it creates. Yoga creates beautiful shapes that are both challenging and fun to draw. Both are moving meditations and a great way to relax and unlock creativity.
This three and a half-hour workshop will start with a 75 minute all level and experience Yin Yang yoga class led by yoga teacher Alice Gray.
The session will then follow with a life drawing session where participants will get to draw some of the postures that they have just experienced lead by both Alice and Drawing Life. Opportunity for tutoring will be available as the class goes along should you wish.
Stretch and Sketch is open to everyone - no yoga or artistic experience required. Refreshments, some yoga mats, props, and art materials are provided, but you are advised to bring along your own mat if you can. There will be both chair and floor seating for the life drawing section, so we recommend you bring along a couple of pillows for extra comfort.

We welcome drop-ins to Life drawing but recommend booking for the yoga section as there will be limited space.
